You’ll cook Thai dishes such as Yum Thalay and Tom Yum Goong at Melati Beach Resort & Spa in Koh Samui. A friendly chef leads this roughly three-hour class, with ingredients, equipment, a self-cooked meal, recipes on a USB stick, and a certificate included. The class starts at 1 p.m., welcomes cooks age 12 and older, and is limited to a small group.
