“We highly recommend this class. Coming to Madrid from California, we definitely wanted to try Paella. What better experience than to learn to make it as well! Our family of 4 had such a fun time and learned how to make delicious paella at the same time. When they said "bottomless" wine, they weren't kidding. We met a lot of really nice people on this experience and the staff and instructors were phenomenal!”

“Danielle was very knowledgeable and actually taught us something, which was great compared to another cooking class I took in Colorado. It was also a very fun experience as our group was really friendly. The food was great as well! The only thing I didn’t like is at the end, while eat my paella, I looked up to do something. When I looked down at my plate of paella it was gone! I had no time to eat my paella! And I think they just threw it away , not sure. I just wish they would have asked me if I would like to take it with me.”

“Amazing time! This class was superb. We started off with a tasting of olive oil which was a great surprise. Then went to the cooking stations and made four different tapas dishes…sausage bruschetta, stuffed peppers, garlic shrimp, and herb butter mushrooms. We then had a seated dinner downstairs with roast pork and potatoes. The pork was fork tender and the sauce was delicious. We ended with a light “meringue” style desert with orange marmalade. As stated in many other reviews, the wine never stops flowing! This was a great experience and one of the most fun things we did in Spain.”

Our dinner was a Russian Salad (basically a tuna salad), croquettes, paella both vegetarian and squid based, and a cod with tomatoes onions and peppers (and one without the peppers). Tea and coffee was served. The evening was not rushed. We learned lots about the dishes and where the food is sourced. We all went home happy and with recipes. Highly recommend this class.Read more”
