At the French Dining School in Kerrouet, chef Poul Jensen leads hands-on lessons in a restored home kitchen while host Niall O’Reilly handles drinks, meals, and local advice. You prepare lunch and dinner, practice sauces, seafood, meat, desserts, and wine pairing, with afternoons free for Brittany sights.
